    I like where you put them. I'm thinking of doing my 20' cuddy. this is were I think they should be .

    I started 12" above the chine at the bow and ended 9" above chine or at waterline,15" and 4".
    Sorry I don't have a larger image.

    Well it's
    well it's been a month now, running with the smart rails...
    They've made a huge difference keeping things dry!
    Not 100 percent... In extreme wind and slow pace, there is still some random spray. You must adjust your speed and trim to deal with it.
    All things said.... I'm very happy that the outcome!
