Really impressive - What is the material and did you use a CNC or make manually? There is probably a market for more of them. As you know they are difficult to find. The originals appeared to be cast and then machined.

Thank you! Since I'm running in fresh water I just made it out of aluminum to make life easy on myself. I did that all on a CNC mill and used Mastercam to design it.
Skidim.com actually sells a aluminum replacement but I think it's edging the $300 mark and I couldn't see spending that on something I knew I could make and have it look better!
And I added in a pipe tapped hole for a water pressure gauge which works slick as all can be!

Ok now .... do you have a customer list? Because you need a customer list. I smell customers.
My battery tray might catch on too! Along with a antenna base backing plate... pic 3 is the backing plate. I made way more stuff for this project that I can even remember. I made a spacer/shim kit to perfectly square up the windshield wiper motor too.

Neato! I haven't looked at the windshield wiper mounts yet, but now you have me curious!
I'm looking to find useful items to print on my 3D printer. It's a large enclosed unit capable of printing anything. I made some carbon fiber nylon stuff already, but not for the boat.
That's what I came up with!

Thank you! Finally got my trim on around the storage area. I decided to leave the sliding doors off of it, I like the open look. Makes it feel like there is more space in the pilothouse
