It's been a long journey but it was worth all the effort! Some updates I did to my 1983 20ft pilothouse. Made a few of my own items along the way. Battery tray, battery switch mount, switch panel, gauge panel, upper thermostat housing, overhead console and new door tracks to name a few.

Wow! Very Nice. Looks too good to fish! You have a problem... Tell ya what, give it to me for a weekend and I'll get the "new" off of it for you so guilt using it will no longer be a problem. Happy to help!

Impressive work, and yes, where did your get that thermostat housing?

I made it! The goal was not to bolt anything used onto the new motor and I was having trouble locating a new one so I decided to just machine one out myself

No worries! I actually don't fish! I built it to just use as a cruiser, I always wanted something with a pilothouse and the styling of the shamrock is beyond perfect. Plus it still fits under the bridges on one of our local lakes, not by much though!
