What is your voltage reading at the injector heads when cranking? It should be above 9 volts to spray.

Then I ground longitudinal slots and welded them. After the torch cools, I'll do some final passes and grind it all smooth.
I removed the axle and beveled the circumference, then Tig welded a root pass.

Do you have a vacuum gauge? Hook one up when you test fire it up and see what it reads.
