    Looking for a service to convert Garmin 32 bit data cards to the newer SD cards.
    I talked to Garmin tech Services, they dont do it or know anyone that does. They say you need an old 32bit computer running windows 10. I tried that to no avail. need a computer geek.

    Garmin Tech support says;
    The old cards are 32 bit.
    If I had a card reader for that card ( which I do, I have the old marine data management kit, less the program, in other words, just the card reader)
    Use that card reader and download ( for free) the Garmin Home Port System, on a 32bit computer that is using windows 10;
    https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/64242
    and I should be able to download the card and transfer it to a new SD card.
    The first issue was finding a 32 bit computer with windows 10 on it...and we did...
    Granted I cant do that, but my wife teaches computers...and she cant do it!

    So there we are!
